Exchanges and Returns
www.ameroboutique.com is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.
At www.ameroboutique.com we offer an EASY 14-DAY REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return
  most items bought from www.vannamoda.com
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different
 
from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Returns Must Not:
Be altered or damaged due to customer misuse or abuse.
Have self-generated rips, tears, snags, stains, etc, due to customer misuse or abuse.
Smell of smoke, perfumes, deodorants, lotions, or any other fragrances or odors.
Product with above mention defect will not be returned.

A claim must be submitted within 7 days from the date the product was delivered, and prior to its return.
Include your name, invoice & product numbers, and a brief explanation of the products defect.
We will not accept products with self-generated rips, tears, snags, stains, etc., or worn, washed, stained, altered, misused or abuse products, or products smelling of
 
smoke, perfumes, deodorants, lotions or other fragrances and/or odors.

If a product is returned for a color, size, or style change the shipping charge will be at the cost of the buyer. We do not charge fees when replacing defective products or to issue a store credit. All return shipping rates will be your sole responsibility.

Every product is thoroughly inspected for manufacture defects before shipment. However occasionally a defective product may get overlooked. If you receive a defective product, please submit a damaged product claim within 7 days from the date you receive the defective product. If we determine (after inspection) the defect is due to manufacture error, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you and issue a store credit to your customer account in the amount of the return shipping costs you paid.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure, that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered
  with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at or e-mail us at info@ameroboutique.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. However, please note that during busy periods such as seasonal or promotional sale along with Christmas & New Year processing may take longer.

Please note that we can only exchange items for a different size or colour if available; if a different item is required a separate order will have to be made.

Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (such as DHL, UPS, TNT or equivalent), as vannamoda cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that for security reasons we cannot accept returns by hand, any returns delivered directly by customers will be refused.

All refunds will be made via the original method of payment. If a split payment is made, ie part giftcard part credit/debit card, funds will be refunded back to the giftcard first.

* Due to different browser and pixel settings the colors displayed on a web page may vary, making product colors appear darker or lighter than the actual colors of a  product.

* We reserve the right to dispute any damaged product claim, if, after our inspection of the product, we determine the defect is not due to manufacture error, but were    caused by self-generation, or the misuse or abuse of the product by the customer.
